Delivery

Delivery charges range from £1.99 and are dependent on weight. This will be calculated at the checkout where you can choose to have your parcel delivered by either economy delivery or standard.

Items are usually delivered by Royal Mail, but heavy items may be delivered by UPS or My Hermes.

All non personalised items are usually dispatched within 2 working day. Personalised items are usually dispatched within 4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the item description. Please bear in mind these times are not included in the estimated delivery times.

I take pride in giving great service, and that includes deliveries too. However there are few occasions when factors completely outside of my control, may delay a parcel. In these circumstances, I ask for your patience and cooperation.

 

Deliveries to The Channel Islands and The Isle Of Man may be delayed due to Custom checks.

 

Please bear in mind that at busier times, deliveries may take a while longer to arrive.

Packaging

I try to look after the environment as much as possible, and to help with this, I may use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as possible.  Therefore packaging may not look as clean as a new parcel box, but it helps me to keep costs down for both myself and the customers, whilst helping to protect the Environment.

I would also recommend that customers re-use packaging where possible to further help protect our Environment.
